NOTICE TO MASTERFUL COUPLES CLIENTS and PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS:

 

No doubt you are all inundated with headlines about novel corona virus/COVID-19 and receiving emails from numerous companies. Nevertheless, I believe it is important for me to connect with you, my clients, during this time and assure you I am here for sessions during your respective session day and time and to advise you of measures I am taking to make sure you are safe.  I want to assure you that the health and well-being of my clients is always of utmost importance to me.  I strictly adhere to universal precaution standards of infection control. 

Due to the most recent developments regarding COVID-19 (Corona virus), I am implementing some additional measures to further protect my clients and am offering the following options for those of you who are concerned about your own exposure, are having symptoms (link to chart), have recently traveled outside of the United States or to areas within the country that have seen a higher incidence of COVID-19 cases, and who have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19:

  1. Video Sessions

    • A link to your private session with me would be sent to you via email prior to your scheduled appointment.

    •  For our video session I use a private room in my home and a computer/video system that is dedicated for this purpose.
    • Note:  My tech support (my husband, a computer systems engineer with over 20 years of enterprise experience and now working from home full time) may assist to correct any technical problems on my end during the virtual session.  If you are not comfortable with this, then a phone session can be an alternative.

  2. Phone Sessions for those of you who would prefer just a phone audio session instead of a video session.

  3. In-Office Sessions will resume once COVID-19 is no longer a threat.

  4. For new couples in their first phase in my practice, while meeting physically is preferred, meeting virtually is safest and wisest at this point in time.  We will need to discuss when and where I can hand you your startup material.

  5. For seasoned couples in my practice, meeting virtually is currently our only option.

  6. Payment is requested through www.zellepay.com, which can be set up through most bank web sites and/or through bank phone apps.  Please direct payments to ingrid@masterfulcouples.com.  Alternatively, your checks would need to be mailed to be received by me by the date of your session.

  7. Specific instructions will be emailed separately and in detail to you when you respond and we determine which option is best for you.

I will continue to update my policies and response to the situation as recommended by the CDC.

I appreciate your understanding and your help in the effort to slow the spread of the Corona virus in our communities.


In the meantime, I hope that you are staying healthy and positive during these challenging times. It can be hard to balance being prudent and vigilant about your health with the alarming headlines and significant changes to daily life, and this, of course, will pass. So, until I see you, virtually or physically, please stay safe, healthy and smiling.
